No. We support guest checkout, you don't need an account to place the order. But we suggest you create your own, as you can track your orders, view your order history, attend the activities etc.

We currently only accept paypal account or credit/debit card via paypal currently, and T/T bank transfer for large amount transaction between companies. You can check the payment guide for more.

We ship worldwide free on orders over US$80.

Receiving Time=Processing time + Shipping time
Different orders may take different time:
For handmade painting, about 3-4 weeks
For art prints or other material prints, about 7-10 days
For framed arts, about 1-2 weeks
Shipping Time: We ship all items by FEDEX/DHL/TNT/SF Express to ensure orders deliver to you safely and quickly, shipping time is about 5-10 days depends on different countries different areas.

Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order.
If you need further assistance tracking your package, please contact FedEx directly and provide your tracking number. Or contact our customer service.

You may be charged taxes or fees by local customs, usually most of the countries have no extra fees.

If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped. In order to protect your purchase, you may be requested to cancel and reorder to modify the address. Please check your delivery information carefully before placing the order.
